This One-Day intermediate-level custom training equips developers, Data & AI engineers, and app makers with the skills to build robust intelligent, no-code agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio by guiding them through core agent creation, conversational design with topics, entities, and variables, best practices for automation and user experience, deployment across environments like Dataverse for Teams, and advanced integration with Power Platform tools including autonomous agent capabilities.

Before enrolling in this custom training, While not required, it's ideal for learners to have some familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio before starting this training. Prior exposure to the interface and basic agent concepts will help participants move more confidently through the modules and get the most out of hands-on exercises and advanced design techniques.

  • Build an initial agent: Guides learners through creating a basic agent using the Studio’s no-code interface

  • Build effective agents: Shares design best practices, including conversation flow, user experience, and error handling strategies

  • Enhance agents: Demonstrates integration with Power Automate and Omnichannel for Customer Service to extend agent functionality

  • Create agents with Dataverse for Teams: Shows how to build agents tailored for internal employee support using Dataverse for Teams

  • Build an autonomous agent: Introduces autonomous agent concepts and walks through building intelligent workflows with minimal human intervention

  • Guided Project: A hands-on project to apply all learned skills—building a fully functional agent using natural language and Generative Answers
